Abstract land of Joseph Stewart deceased called "Martins Purchase" and "Chambers Chance" containing about 57 acres, where a Negro woman called Ally Young lived, with privilege to the said Ally Young to remain on the same as the trustee may direct, and subject to dower of Mrs. Rachel Stewart; also part of "Stewarts Addition" purchased by Stewart in his own right and sold by hjim to Meshack Manoca who has since sold the same to grantees.
