Abstract land on the south side of the road from New Market to Crotchers Ferry, adj. a tract called "New Market" now in the occupancy of Henry W. Hicks Esq., and containing 30 square perches more or less, part of the land which Henry Nicolls willed to the within Sarah Young and her children, Rossett, Clem and George by will dated March 15, 1832.
