Abstract land of John Brohawn, deceased, parts of "Pollars Choice" and "Cators Addition" containing 56 acres more or less, on the south side of the main road from Tobaccostick or Taylors Island, at or near Parsons Creek and the Bridge Marsh, sold by the said trustee to Whitefield Woolford and by Woolford to the grantees of this deed.
