Abstract | Bond of Obligation. Rowland Beavins is bound unto John Poynter of Sussex County, Jacob Richards, Basheba Richards, _Richards and Daniel Maddux (son of Mary) for the sum of 600 pounds. "The condition of this obligation is such that the Rowland Bevans and Jean Richards should marry together. That in that case the said Rowland shall and will ....agree in the said Jean Richards giving back to her children or to any others whom she may please...either by her last will and testament or by her deed of gift...any child or children that may born of Negro Sall together with her whole dower...of her deceased husband's estate...particularly...Negro Sall (before mentioned), Negro Will and Negro Philis". |
