Abstract | Listing of Negroes Moved Into The State. David Ball presents a list of Negroes brought into the State from Northumberland County Virginia on 18 Jan 1796. The names of the Negroes are Cate, Margery, Jesse, Frank, Fanny and Robin. The Rev. Mrs. Ball became possessed of these Negroes by "marriage and guardianship" |
