Abstract | For and in consideration of the sum of 150 pounds current money, Selby mortgages to Woolford all his right, title and claim in and to his lot and house lying in Princess Anne Town it being a part of a lot described as Lot No. #3 directly opposite the court house and the same which was conveyed by John Woolford to the said Parker Selby with all appurtenances belonging thereto. And also Selby conveys and makes over to Woolford a Negro woman called Wafe and her 2 children Leah and George to have and to hold on the condition nevertheless that shall the said Parker Selby pay or cause to be paid to the said Woolford the sum of 150 pounds current money with lawful interest thereon on or before the 1st of January 1804 that and in that case the above mortgage shall be null and void and of no effect. |
