| Abstract | This is to certify that the subscriber has brought into the state of Maryland from the state of Delaware a Negro boy Mingo aged 17 or thereabouts who the subscriber purchased in the said state of Delaware in the year 1798 and also the subscriber was a resident of that state at the time of the purchase in the month of October last moved to the state of Maryland.
