Abstract | An Indenture made between the Overseers of the Poor and Wodman Bloxom to carry out an order made in County Court 30 April 1805 to bind a Black boy named Peter orphan of Susanna freed by Kendal Stockly until the age of twenty one, unto Wodman Bloxom who will provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, and Wearing Apparel, teach him reading, writing and arithmetic, the trade of a Farmer and also pay him Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time. |
