Church Service, Charges Served, Affiliated Locations, and Other Biographical Information Educated in Grammer & South Chester High & attended Institute for Colored Youth in Philadelphia, Pa. Joined St. Daniels M E. Church at early age. Organized Woman's Home Missionary Society at Fairmount, Md, Salisbury District. In 1919 went to Buffalo, NY to organize same society that helped migrated colored people find employment & homes & to protect girls & women & distributed clothing to deserving poor of city. Wrote & produced pageant winter of 1923-24. When traveling through Delaware & Maryland she contracted cold that became worse until end.
