Charges: Newark, N.J.; Bainbridge Street, Philadelphia; Principal of Princess Anne Academy; Wilimington, Del.; District Superintendent of Salisbury District. Professor in Howard University in 1911 then to Gammon Theological Seminary & Cory M.E. Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Then headed Dept. of History in 1920. Matriculated in Graduate School of University of Pennsylvania & earned Doctorate of Philosophy in 1893. |
