Served charges in Va.., W. Va., S.C., Ala., N.J., Pa., and Md (Pocomoke & Easton). Active in educational work - professor of Greek, etc.
Family and Other Information Parents: Edward Samuel & Martha Glencamp Palmer. Spouses: Mrs. Adilina Geers Decumbus md. 1891 for 24 yrs & mother of all his children. 2nd spouse: Mrs. Sylvia Matthews in 1917. 3rd spouse: Edna P. Morrison md 1930. Edna P. Palmer, 3 daughters, 4 sons, 2 sisters, 7 grandchildren survive him.
