Transaction Abstract Stewart has transferred to wit: Solomon Foxwell & Charles Shenton gave Stewart Bill of Sale 14 Apr 21847 for Negro girl Mary and Stewart agreed with Solomon Foxwell that upon payment to him of $105 in installments at 6 & 18 months he would transfer Mary to Foxwell. At request of Foxwell, Stewart agreed to transfer girl Mary to William Washington, Mary Francis, Rose Ann & Julia, the children of Solomon Foxwell.
