Transaction Abstract Anthony C. Thompson manumits on the 1 Jan after they have arrived at 30 yo and the increase of said slaves to be manumitted in like manner the following Negroes slaves: Abram Sprigs 9 yo on 1 Jan 1850, Jeremiah Young 6 yo, George Brown 7 yo, John Henry 7 yo, Moses Young 5 yo, Frank Young 3 yo, nancy Young 11 yo, Eliza Jane Slavum 11 yo, Mahala Slacum 9 yo, Lucy Slacum 6 yo, Charlotte Brown 5 yo, Sarah Jane Kick 2 yo, Alexander Kier 1 yo - he being the 3rd child of Phebe or whatever name he may be called. He also manumits the increase of the following slaves already manumitted, the increase to be free as above on the 1st day of January after they have arrived at 30 years of age: Sarah Young, Sophia Brown, Phebe Kier, Mary Manoca, Rebecca Sprigs, Cassy Young, Phebe Kier [duplicate name], Charity Sprigs, Angelina Young. The said Negroes I do hereby declare to be henceforth free and discharged from service when they shall arrive at the above named age. Signed 6 Nov 1849
