Message Abstract States that a good school is in operation here, but the people negligent in sending their children : that he addressed a meeting &c.
Message Body The school here is not as well attended as it should be. The people here like they are at many other places are very slow to move on in the right direction But we had a meeting among the parents of the children and they promised to send their children to school Miss Watson the teacher here seems to be hard at work here the only complaint with her is that the people will not send their children out to school she has on the rool Book 38 scholars with an average attendance of 29 scholars well diciplined
