Description/Full Text An act concerning probate of wills and administration of estates re-enacts earlier legislation and provides slaves may be kept on the plantation to care for crops when the owners die between the first of March and the twenty-fifth of December, until December 25th next following, and such slaves or servants as shall be be ten years or more shall be delivered up to the parties having a legal right to them, well clothed at the charg of the decedent's estate.
