Description/Full Text | An act concerning wills and intestates declares that a widow who removes a slave from the Commonwealth shall forfeit all the slaves she holds, and all other dower. If the husband of a widow removes a slave, the owner in reversion may claim the estate. If a person die after the first day of March, his servants and slaves shall be continued on the plantation until the last day of December following, and then delivered to those who have a right to them. |
