Text | The orphans court appointed Edward Austin and William Bounds apparaisers to report on the real estate of Josiah Russell in the care of Francis James his guardian. 18 Mar 1811 appraisers report there are six slaves, one dwelling house very much out of repair, one kitchen very bad, one smoke house very sorry, three small out houses midling, 136 annual value $130. |
