Waters to report on the real estate of Julian Lister, orphan in the care of Samuel Heath, her guardian. 4 Mar 1806 appraisers report four negroes Isaac, Ishmael, Ned and one crippled woman, one dwelling house 18 by 16 of sawd logs with one plank floar covered with plank and a clay chimney in good repair, one round log kitchen covered with plank, clay chimney in midling repair, 2 corn houses round logs covered with plank in bad repair, 82 apple trees, one lott of ground about 10,000 corn hills not under any fence, one lott 12,000 corn hills enclosed with a fence 7 good rails to each pannell, one lott about 20,000 corn hills enclosed with fence of 7 good rails to each pannell, one lott about 20,000 corn hills enclosed with fence of 7 good rails to the pannell, one lott about 40,000 corn hills enclosed with a fence of 8 good rails to each pannell. Said lands in woods is about 1/4 in estimation and value of the land, including slaves $142.10. |
