Bound & placed as apprentices are Amy Elligood 12 yo on 19 August next, the daughter of Sally Elligood, a free negro of indigent circumstances, also William Elligood 10 yo on 1 July next (son of Sally Elligood), and Perry Elligood 6 yo on 1 Jan next (son of Sally Elligood). Apprenticed to William T. G. Polk to learn farming. Amy, William & Perry to dwell with & serve Polk - Amy until 16 yo & William & Perry until 21 yo. Polk to pay Sally $5 per annum for Amy until 16 yo. |
