James formerly of Somerset County but at this time residing in the State of Pennsylvania, Chester County, daughter and heir of Jacob James deceased, also heir to her grandmother Mary James, deceased, releases her guardian John Austin and acknowledges receipt of negro Amy and her several children Ferdinand, Robert, Levy, James, Mary, George, and Peter from her father's estate and $319.56. 3/4 from her grandmother's estate. Wit: Zebedes Anderson, J.P.
