Abstract Justices of the Peace bind Ben Morgan (with consent of his mother Lucy Morgan, a coloured woman) (the respected father of Ben Morgan being a slave) to James Neall. Neall agrees to teach the apprntice to use cabinetmaker's tools but does not oblige himsef to make the said apprentice proficient in the trade of cabinetmaker.
