Abstract | Negro boy Bill alias William Sutten to serve her until he shall arrive at age of 40 years which will be on Christmas day 1873. If my wife should die before above specified time my will is that the said negro shall descend to my children equally alike. Also Negro girl Jane Sullivan to serve until she arrive at age of 35 which will be on Christmas day 1876. In case of death of my wife before the time specified as above to descend to my children as above. Negro woman Betsy Sullivan to serve her for life. Negro man Abraham Shadden under following restrictions: to be held under control of my son John Henry weeden who is to make all contracts for him and receive proceeds of his labor and sauffer him Abraham to apply said proceeds for Abraham's use except $10 to be paid annually to said son to Sarah Weedon; as long as Abraham maintains good character. Should negro girl Jane have any issue during her bondage, that issue shall be free at ag 35. |
