Abstract all furniture in the house now occupied by me together with one half of the said house to be occupied and held by her during her natural life. The other half to be rented out by my executor (Elias Dawson) for the benefit of my minor children and at her decease the said house, lot and furniture to be sold and proceeds to be applied as follows: $70 to my daughter Priscilla and the remainder to be divided among my five children by my wife Ann - viz Caroline, Margaret, Ann, Mary Elizabeth, Isabella and Maria fairly and equally.
