Abstract I give and bequesath my negroes their freedom to commence and take effect from the serveral periods herin after limited: my old Negro man Richard to be free on 1/1 immedicately succeeding my death. Emma on 1/1/1866 wqhen she will be about 39 yo. Ellen on 1/1/1871 when she will be about 39 yo. Emily on 1/1/1871 when she will be about 39 yo. Harriet on 1/1/1876 when she will be about 39 yo. boy George on 1/1/1884 when he will be about 39 yo. girl Mary on 1/1/1882 when she will be about 39 yo. Boy William Thomas son of Ellen on 1/1/1888 when he will be about 39 yo. boy Charles Henry, son of Emma, on 1/1/1885 when he will about 39 yo. Girl Margaret Ann, daughter of Emily, on 1/1/1890, when she will be about 39 yo. Girls Florence, daughter of Ellen, on 1/1/1891, when she will be about 39 yo. Margaret Ellen, daughter of Ellen, on 1/1/1886 when she will be about 39 yo; irl Margaret Ellen, purchased out of estate of William Corkrall, on 1/1/1887 when she will be about 39 yo. The issue and increase of all the above named female negro slaves born during their respective terms of servitude and service, as above limited, it is my will shall be free as they respectively arrive at age of 39 years and the issue and increase of such issue respectively to be free on their arrival at the same age.
