Abstract my houe and lot at extreme southern end of town of Easton where I now reside. To be divided by executor ( W. Alexis A. Parcaull?) into 4 eaqual parts. Part with dwelling house to go to Elizabeth and the other 3/4 parts to sons - 1/4 each should they return to take possession. If either does not return then daughter shall have part not taken.
