Abstract all my black people shall be free on the following ter:ms man Jake Chambers to serve 2 years & to pay him $40; Jake Wallis to serve 2 years and be paid $20; man Jim to serve 4 years; woman Rany to serve 4 years & then keep her child Dick; Mint to serve 6 years. Girl now in possession of William Patterson I give to my sister Elizabeth Patterson until she is 24. All my young negroes to serve till 24 and then free. If John Swift (race not specified) who is indentured should serve my wife and behave well until 21, I give him 50 lbs.
