Abstract my old negro man Isaac not to be sold out of the family. If during the minority of my son John H. Thomas, my executors need to sell the negroes the following may be sold for a term of years only: Jack, Will, and Janey for not longer than Dec. 25, 1824. Nanie for term not exceeding Dec. 25, 1822. Rachel the elder not longer tan Dec. 25, 1818, negro Rachel the young and Betty not longer than Dec. 25, 1826 and not to be sold out of the state unless by their own consent.
