Abstract aged about 40 to be free and given 6 acres part of 16 acres which I purchased of the trustees of Dr. Simon Wilmer in the most advantageious part of said land to build a house and my executors to give him $50 to build a home. If Tom does not want to build on said land he can sell the 6 acres and settle elsewhere and the $50 to be given him still to be used to purchase his wife, children or the building of a house. Tom to receive 10 lbs. annually.
