Abstract If my daughter Martha should have to Emeline a black girl she should have to be reckoned in part. If my daughter Bell Jane should choose my negro boy Levi and a negro girl Ann to be reckoned in her part. To my son Joseph all the negro children that may be born of my female negroes to be free at age 28 and if any to not be reckoned in my estate.
