Abstract All my negroes free at age 30 except Maria who I free at my death and give her $25 per year during her life with the privilege of procuring fuel for her use out of my woods and pasturing a cow on my premises. One of my 2 log kitchens on the "Blake Farm" be removed to SE corner of said farm near frog pond farm and 4 acres to be laid off to hod during her life. If personal estate unable to pay debts then as much of my rents and hire of negroes to pay for repairs as stated in will.
