Billy is in my debt and I take his property but his widow old Charlotte Tilghman to be provided for out of my estate and my daughters are to see to it that this faithful and helpless old servant be not neglected. Codicil to will 1/29/1866: Debts of Mrs. Tilghman have been paid in full. Also included is a long passage about war, slaves, redistributing his properties, and legacies,etc.
