Heirs/Legatee Thomas Weyman, Mary Norris (wife of Lambert Norris), Fanny Kemp (widow of Benjamin Kemp, deceased), Sarah Camper (wife of Adam Camper)- children
Abstract whereas it would be to the advantage of the above named children of testator to have the leased land cultivated & tilled by executor with the stock, farming utensils & Negroes belonging to the farm. Negroes Charles, Dinah, tom, Dick, Jim, Sam, Priss, Doll & Old Sarah shall be kept by testator's administrator or executor on the farm that may be leased to work the same for use & benefit of said 4 children or their representatives. Thomas to have Negro man Tom & Negro boy Dick to be taken into his own exclusive use after epiration of lease, also to have Negro man Charles & Negro woman Dinah at such sums as they shall be appraised & that Thomas will make payment toward testator's debts. Should debts be more than balance to be divided among other 3 children, Mary to have Negro man Jim to be paid to her after lease & testator confirms the gift made to her of Negro boy Jacob. Fanny to have Negro man Sam & old Negro woman Priss at lease's expiration. Sarah to have Negro woman Doll to be paid at expiration of lease.
