Abstract to be free upon testator's decease & that Willam Grason (nephew) & Anna Hobbs (niece) set aside $200 annually (with interest) for their use as they think most proper. The house, shop & garden now occupied by George Groce are to be appropiated for the use of the Negroes. Sum of $20,000. to be used for the Negroes set free by the testator. They are not to be discharged until the present crop in the ground is harvested. Charles Hobbs of Queen Anne's County sole executor.
