Black Individuals Mentioned in Will "for the love I bear unto her and for her better support and comfort": all estate except what is heretofore given. That she may sell real estate but it is my will that my Negroes not be sold. That Negro woman Mitilla shall serve my wife for four years after my death and if the laws of Maryland permit; she shall be free after the four years of service. If the laws are such that my Negro woman cannot be free and remain in the State, then she shall have the privilege of working for herself under the care and protection of my wife.
