Black Individuals Mentioned in Will | That given to my daughter Virginia (see above) is revoked and the Negroes to be held in trust for her benefit. But if she becomes widow, then the Negroes or their increase shall be delivered to her by trustees. If Virginia should die without issue, her part of estate to be divided between her sister Emma and her brother Samuel. If Emma or Samuel die without issue, then the other to be the sole heir. "And in no case shall the above Negroes be liable for the debts of her husband". That given to my daughter Emma is revoked and the Negroes to be held in trust for her benefit. In case of her death without issue, then her part to Samuel and Virginia with Virginia's part in trust as above provided. |
