Also $100 for the purpose of building her a house on the said land. This to Nancy, Betsy's daughter, after the death of Betsy. To Rufus Massey and Catherine Baker and to the children of William Shelby Massey - all the woodland of the farm purchased of Joshua Adams (except the 10 acres devised to George Lewis and the 4 acres devised to my former slave) subject to the same conditions.
