Stewart the sum of $50 per year for her natural life, should he fail to pay, then executors to take possession of Esther Bennett and hire them or sell them for a term of years that will raise the said amount of $50 for her natural life. Should that happen, then the said Negroes are to be the property of Stephen Waters after their term of service.
