Sarah to have all that lot of ground with a small house thereon and cont. 7 acres of land lying back of the Methodist Meeting House. To have a parcel of land which testator purchased from Jeremiah Bramble and adjoining the lands of Moris Roach, Henry Bradley, and Daniel Sullivan con. 35 acres - to have all the above lands for her natural life and then to Rosette for her natural life. Sarah to have the sum of $100.
