Emily to have Negro woman Susan - slave for life and her child Mary to serve until she is 18 and then to be free. Mary to have Negroes, Bob, Saul, and Gene and testator instructs that none of the Negroes be sold for the payment of debts, but that any debts should be paid from the real estate and should either Travers Stapleford or Samuel Aaron [executors of will], or their agents try to sell the above Negroes, then they forfeit their right to the estate. |
