Abstract John W. Armstrong, Negro boy 10 yo on 10 August next, comes to Court & is represented that he is not at service, learning a trade or employed in service of his parents; has insufficent means for his maintenance. He is bound as apprentice until he is 21 yo to Robert S. Todd to learn trade of common laborer. He is to receive suitable clothing & maintenance during his apprenticeship & when free to receive $20.
