Abstract George T Johnson, free Negro, 3 yo on 1 August next, son of Rebecca Johnson, free Negro of indigent circumstances & with her approbation, is apprenticed to Francis Mezick, to learn art of handicraft, until 21 yo on 1 Aug 1869. He is to be supplied with sufficient meat, drink, clothing & lodging during apprenticeship & at expiration to receive wearing apparel worth $25 or $25 in current money.
