Abstract Ordered that Amanda P. Bevans, administratix of Rowland Bevans, dec'd be allowed to deduct from the inventory of said deceased the appraised value of Negro girl Sarah which was improperly included in the inventory of estate. The Court being satisfied that the said girl Sarah did not belong to the said deceased.
