Abstract William H. Bishop, Negro boy 3 yo on 12 July, comes to Court & it is represented that he is not a service, learning a trade or employed in service of his parents; he is of without sufficient means for his maintenance. Court binds him to Teagle Townsend until he is 21 yo to learn the trade of a farmer. He is to be supplied with suitable clothing & maintenance during apprenticeship & when free to receive $15.
