Abstract | Thomas B Smith & Samuel Gordy appointed Commissioners by Orphans Court of Worcester to divide Negroes belonging to estate of Jonathan S Parsons, dec'd agreeably to law equally among heirs. Distribution of the Negroes: To Amelia Parsons: widow of dec'd allotted boy Moses, girl Phillis, boy Lazarus girl Eliza & boy Stanford. To Theodore Parson: boy Joshua & girl Ann. Amelia Parsons to pay Theodore Parsons $100 cash in consideration of the value of said Negroes. |
