Abstract | James Merrica, Negro boy 15 yo on 20 January inst. 1850 comes to court; he is not at service, learning a trade or employed in service of is parents; he is without means sufficient for maintenance or support. He is bound as apprentice to James Hooper until 21 yo; to learn trade of common laborer. He is to receive suitable clothing & maintenance during apprenticeship & when free to receive suit of clothes worth $15 & $25 in money. |
