Description
Helmet was given to Mr. Dean Davis in 1945 by a 19-year-old German soldier named Ludwig. Mr. Davis and Ludwig "Luggy" met at the tomato cannery in Whaleyville, Md. Mr. Davis was 10 years old and took Luggy candy everyday. Luggy lived in the C.C. camp for prisoners of war in Powellville, Md.
