Physical course reserves will not be available during Spring 2021. However, some of the most-used items from our course reserves textbook collection are being scanned and made available for 2-hour digital checkout. To see if an item is available to check out digitally, search for it here in the Course Reserves system (below, left), and click the "Check Out Digital Copy" link. Also, check MyClasses to see which readings your professors have made available.
Faculty: We are not adding any more physical reserves at this time, but are working instead to increase online access to material. If you would like to request that a current course reserves item be scanned in its entirety for online checkout, please email Cassy Lewis (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Amy Jones (email@example.com). We recommend that you scan and post essential materials on your MyClasses pages to the maximum extent that Fair Use allows. You can retrieve any of your reserves at any time, or have us put them back into circulation. Faculty, if you only need a short excerpt from a course reserve to post on MyClasses, please fill out this Google form. We might be able to assist in scanning limited fair-use excerpts.
If you have questions, especially about our Covid-19 procedures, please see our Faculty FAQ, Student FAQ, or contact us.
