| Abstract | An Indenture made between the Overseers of the Poor and Saml Downing to carry out an order made in County Court dated 26 October 1802 to bind Stephen orphan of Molley freed by W. Davy until the age of twenty one, unto Saml Downing who will provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, and Wearing Apparel, teach him reading, writing and arithmetic, the trade of a Farmer and also pay her Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time. |
