Abstract | An Indenture made by the Overseers of the Poor and William Miles to carry out an order made in the County Court dated 30 May 1822 to bind John son of Rachel, a free Negro until the age of twenty one, unto William Miles, who will provide sufficient Meat, Drink, Washing, Lodging, and Wearing Apparel, teach her the trade of a Spinster and also pay him Twelve Dollars at the expiration of the said time. |
