Family and Other Information Parents: John & Harriet Waters Spouse: Elizabeth Fields md. 8/11/1897. Children: John R. Waters of Philadlphia & the late Laura Waters. Survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Marie Lane? of Puncheon Landing, Md & Mrs. Laura P. Waters of Oxford, Md.
